Update field value

Updates an existing value (option) for a select-type field (SINGLE_SELECT, MULTI_SELECT, TAG). Only provided fields are updated, omitted fields remain unchanged.

STATUS fields are not supported. Status values are managed through the status lifecycle (not this endpoint) and cannot be updated here.
